Well I never made it to the gym today, so that's 30,000+ pounds not lifted. I got behind in my work and had to stay late, so instead of staying on top of my nutrition and working out today, I ate and drank my stress with cheesecake and whiskey. (not at the exact same time, of course. I figure that would taste terrible.)
Well, we all fall off sometimes, and today was my day. I'll be back up tomorrow, and we'll see if I can beat Wednesday's record of 38,000 pounds tomorrow!
