A salad I quickly prepared at work. No clue about calories but not very +++ (salad, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, 1/2 avocado, shrimps, almonds, 1tsp of olive oil + vinegar). I sill have enough for 2-3 rounds (a grocery store in front of the office!). It was really tasty. On the top, yogurt, and blueberries (not visible).
