this is a not-little-thing I like to call a power salad. it's massive, and it comes in at over 1,300 calories -- but it covers just about all of my micronutrient needs for the day in a single meal!

Correction, this one is a little over 1,300 calories.
I just got home from the gym and I pulled about twice the volume I ever have before. This is a rebuild salad 😁
I'll add the workout once I'm done scarfing and getting the girls down for nap, then I believe it's nap time for me too 😎

well, I edited my original post once I got on the computer, so the correction in that comment won't make much sense lol

yeah, I might have gotten a little crazy with it. I wanted a bit more dressing than what I really wanted to use Ranch-wise, so I squirted some lemon juice in there and found what was left of some apple cider vinegar in the pantry, so just dumped it all (probably about 3 tbsp) in.
actually pretty darn good. mixes better than you might think, though that might be helped by the blueberries and raspberries in there too lol

lol, yeah. I'm still eating on it! It's something I did back when I was OMAD. It allowed me to get what I need nutritionally while still sticking one hell of a calorie deficit. Lost close to 50 pounds in 2 to 2.5 months, but never suffered any negative side effects that I could tell :D

Oh, and in case it isn't obvious ...
Disclaimer: This makes a great meal when you're doing one meal a day and shooting for a big calorie deficit (just adjust the size to fit your needs), but I WAS NOT lifting tens of thousands of pounds a day in the gym on that diet! Please don't attempt that, you'll probably die :P

I had to go to your diary to figure out how a salad came in that high... yeah, the nuts, cheese & salad dressing. Adds up.
