Worth the weight's Journal, 20 Jul 10

Today is the first day of the "10 day Focus Challenge". So far so good but I do think the first few days of any diet or program are the easiest. The no eating after 7:00 will be next to impossible as I usually don't get home till 6:30ish and still have dinner to prepare.
I was focusing on the word focus-came up with Figuring Out Change Understanding Self. Will work on FOCUS in my life.

I like that too! Getting home at 630 and not eating after 7 will be quite a challenge. Good luck. I could never do it.
