Do you get to call it IF if you hungrily (piggishly) and without plan gobble up all your calories for the day by mid afternoon... And then do it again the next day? IF sounds so planned, purposeful and polite! 😁 Anyone else have these have these days?

More seriously, I do feel like if I stay under my calories for the day (even if I endulged earlier than planned) it is still a win... So we're good! 😁
