Worth the weight's Journal, 17 Jul 10

Decided to do a weigh-in today and a 2 lb loss. I will still weigh in again on Wednesday. Maybe a twice a week weigh-in will help me stay on track. It's worth a shot. What have I got to lose? LOL
76.8 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hope the drop holds! sometimes more than once a week can drive you crazy so don't be discouraged if your weight is off on Wednesday. What have you got to lose? haha!
