Done eating for the day, going to try for a 19 hour fast. I've been recently doing 16:8 with some success.

Ive gone from the fast 5 diet to one meal a day. 4 lb drop in 5 days

i would say be careful. you burn more calories if you spread the meals out and constantly snack. and this sort of thing has been shown to wreck metabolisms and promote weight regain too.
