Finally back online after having our computer in the shop for a week. I've been keeping track of what I ate, but could only guesstimate the carbs and calories. Over the next day or so, I'll be filling in my food for the last week. Luckily, the weight's been coming off.

Finished off the watermelon today while it was still fresh. It really boosts my carbs (probably why it's added on a higher rung in OWL), so I'll try to cut back on carbs for the rest of the day.

So-o-o glad to be back on FS, as it really helps keep me on track.
