crap weather , no walk on my lunch break. so i did intense butt and ab workout 30 minutes YouTube fitness trainer Sydney Cummings is who I use all the time. 🙂

Just thought I'd chime in for a moment. Hope you don't mind, however, I was thinking about your home training sessions you mentioned. ----Found something I thought was pretty good to mix things up for home workouts. I've got my wife and teen doing it whenever they can't make it to the gym. They seem to like it...it is online so if you have amazon fireTv or something similar, youtube may have it too "Daily Burn" workouts....they have you sign in temporarily to add new video uploads, but the workouts are varied for different body parts, and they have a coach on the screen or sometimes even an Artificial Intelligence coach. It actually shows you how to perform the exercise, then coaches you through it, and counts down before moving to the next one..... Just thought I'd give you another idea as an FYI... Hope your doing well and exercises are working for ya !

Wed was chilly but sunny so i did my walk n jog at work on break! At first i was embarrassed if seen but then i just said hell with it. Maybe it will inspire others to walk on break. 🙂

Just remember a simple thing.....Do what makes you feel good, don't base your happiness on what others may think. Bet most persons were talking to themselves anyway, saying "wish I had the guts and energy to do that", while the other persons well, they may be oblivious to anything other than themselves. .....Proud 4 ya, your making steps toward your success, that is what really matters. ;)
