Today was a "carb feast" day on Metabolic Renewal meal plan. Allows carbs from rice and cookie treats, so I didn't answer those two mini challenges.

By the end of today, I will have had homemade Chicken Fried Rice, Mediterrean Frittata, and Low Carb Blondies with white choc. chips and macadamia nuts. So, am interested to see what happens at my weigh-in tomorrow.

I don't think anyone but me is reading this journal, so uncertain about the advantage of writing a daily, but maybe this is so I can remember later where I had diet/weight issues come up.

Still not losing weight like I thought I would. Guess I'm doing something wrong...
