Trying not to beat myself up, I was down to 150, then gained to 175. I have never weighed this much, ever. I guess depression is what done it. Not being able to move or sleep normal lead to a soda binge. Then eating.After that spent a lot of days sleeping, catch up I guess. I think I've snapped out of it. I am feeling mostly back to normal.
