I am surprised how easy it is to count calories instead off points. also I'm finding that I can stay within my calories goal without much change. (then why have I gained weight these last few months😂). By the way my starting weight was an estimate when I started 3 days ago. so yesterday I weighed myself properly. So, no I didn't lose 3 lbs in 2 days! Ha, I wish!!
