I haven't posted in a long time but I still have been watching what I've been eating and counting the calories. my weight haven't gone down just maintain which is not a bad thing though I do wish the scale would go down but everydays a work in progress
56.2 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
