okay so after I saw my weight this morning and cried about it. I had a Amazing homemade smoothie for lunch with mixed berries, bananas, watermelon, milk, and next time I can make some I want to put 1 teaspoon of peanut butter but it will have to wait till I can get some more fruit. Yes I know they have sugar in them but well no excuse I just thought they tasted good. Lol I have been working hard to lose this weight I have not had a cheat day but I guess I have not been eating as good as I thought I have been I will get back on track.
