Apple Cider Vinegar Cocktail (2 TB ACV, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger, pinch of No Salt, 1 cup warm water) blended in Bullet is my morning starter followed by a Butter Coffee and water, if desired, and a 30 min walk will take me to lunch.

For the life of me, can't do the ACV. I've tried. Even in pill form. I know it's supposedly miraculously wonderful for the body but not if I'm nauseous from it.

I agree, it took me years to be able to tolerate this! But this whole journey is my last ditch effort to try to turn my health issues around. This version has more of a hot mulled apple cider like taste. I’ve also trained myself to like liver and sauerkraut! Now that’s desperate!
