Microwave broke, so I used the oven to heat up my left overs. It really is just a cup of homemade fried rice. I just had to spread it out over the pan so it would heat evenly. I finally broke down and ate a crescent roll, which I haven't had in years. I figured it's just 90 calories, so no big deal. Hubby eats 4 every morning for breakfast and he's thin. The spinach is actually the "bad guy" for me. It's one of my favorite vegetables, but it's also high in purines so I'll be having some pain tonight. Oh well, I can "suck it up."
