I’m honestly surprised with this weigh in this morning, between not using the diary and figuring out calories but using cues of hunger/fullness instead to give myself a little break. I’ve stressed out too many times in the past few months about going over calorie wise. Also preparing myself for that trip in April. Yesterday was suppose to be my rest day for the week but worked out instead because when there’s a blizzard what else is there to do? And then last night was a continuous up down repeat for sleep on my toddlers floor because her and her older 2 siblings caught the stomach flu from the birthday party on Saturday. My husband and I haven’t caught it even with all the clean up and little sleep. Today is declared a rest day considering last nights chaos and constant going up and down stairs doing all the laundry that was generated, and my OCD to disinfect EVERYTHING that my kids could’ve came into contact with in the past 48 hours. But I’m so thankful for a husband that was willing to go through the chaos with me and stay home from work to help out with all the cleanup. Good news is by 1 AM tonight the kids will be vomit free for 24 hours 😊. (That is assuming everyone stays in their current state)
