Sometimes a break can get your head back in the game! Pick a day or a weekend and go ‘mad’ enjoy everything you want. What i find is that when i have all the things i think im missing, i realise that they taste good for the 20 to 30 minutes..... and then.... brain wakes up and realises its not needed. I can walk into shops and buy my wife pizza for dinner or chocolates or what ever she feels like enjoying, and not even think about being tempted to buy something for myself. Its all about setting the mind right and giving it what it needs to stay in check. Good luck and hope you enjoy the day or weekend off.

Remember why you started this journey in the first place, and focus on that. Be patient and kind with yourself. @FatMike’s is right, at some point your taste buds will crave healthy foods instead of junk (sounds crazy but it’s true , I’m exhibit A). Don’t give up on your health and yourself. Use the FS support, especially when you’re the only one in your household on a journey to health and weight loss because it’s hard to go at it alone! Don’t give up, you’ve got this 🙌🏾
