hi everyone!! sorry I've been Mia. but I'm back!!! I really need to get back on track and lose this weight once and for all!! this depression thing really sucks and it's hard to get motivated. I try but it's hard. it seems hopeless. so I'm taking one day at a time and I'm back and Im here to support you!!! also here to get back on track!!

Hi, I suffers from depression sometimes, it's not easy. All we can do is keep trying,like, finding reasons to stay motivated. What helps me is try diff things, like, yoga, drawing or coloring, reading,gardening(light gardening for me) whatever works for u. I always have few different projects going on, currently I am crocheting rugs, painting dining chairs different colors one at a time, sewing&quilting pillows. It's slow going, tho. Thanks! I will do that!! I love to color and draw!! I love to go for walks but it's been so cold and it's icy out right now I don't want to slip. So maybe I should start coloring again. Or draw or do sonething. It's not easy. I wish it was. But I hate being in a funk!! I feel so alone sometimes.
