Days that start at 4am and end at midnite.... not good for the diet :(

True, that does make for a very long day :/ I try to keep some small low-carb/zero carb snacks (like pork skins or pieces of ham and cheese rolled up together) on hand for days like that and try to drink plenty of water. Sometimes we think our bodies are telling us that it's hungry when really it's just thirsty.
