More donuts today!! What are these people trying to do to me! This is the 3rd day this week we've had food in the office. I'm trying to stay strong and not run down to the kitchen and eat them all, then lick the box clean. I forgot my protein shake today, so I don't have that to hold me over until lunch, so I really hope I can resist. Luckily, in my office it doesn't take long for food to go.
Last night I know my hubby wanted me to give in and go out for fast food, but I stuck to my guns and we made dinner at home. I know we'll be eating out on Saturday and possibly Sunday, so I really don't want to eat out during the week too. I don't know what we'll have tonight, we are kind of at the bottom of the barrel with what's left in the freezer and cupboards. Maybe some chicken and pasta? We'll see.
It's getting close to the weekend, thank goodness. I've felt like it should be a day ahead all week, so I need the weekend to get here soon.

Don't let those donuts tempt you!!! You're stronger than that! And well done on cooling at home instead of going out for fast food!

I have the same issue here at work, I feel your pain! People are ALWAYS bringing in something. Fridays are usually donut days (thank goodness I don't like donuts), but cookies are my downfall so it is hard to stay away. What has worked for me is to think about how much better you are going to look in a few months while they will start to complain because they don't like the way they are starting to look and will start blaming it on all the treats they have eaten. lol Also, be very proud of yourself when you do resist those temptations - it can be a huge battle, but remember you won!!!

Stick to your guns.In the end you will be glad you did. Here is a little quote I learned years ago when I was at weight watchers .... Nothing tastes as good as thin feels! Words to live by!

Just stay far far far away!!! I have had the WROST cravings lately and also forgot my choc pb protein shake that helps. Luckily I keep some PB2 in my desk and my co-worker has offered one of her apples in the frisge for a mid am snack. Don't know what I would've done!

If it gets too hard - PLAN on having half of a doughnut. Or one. And then adjust the rest of your day to keep the max calories you allow yourself to have. Sometimes resisting your temptations versus moderation is the worst. You don't have to shut out all bad stuff - you just have to plan better - where you can have it - but not go crazy.

Thanks for the support! Today someone brought in donut holes, so I did break down and had 2, but I'm counting them into my plan for the day.
