So yesterday,I really started to channel my hunger vs craving responses.So yesterday I only ate a low GI sandwich with one slice smoked ham and a slice mozzarella. Sounds very little no? Today it’s a Kauai Power Oats & Cappuccino. Hope I can keep focus on.

Distinguishing between hunger and cravings is so, so important! Especially when you figure out why you are having that particular craving. For example, my body often craves fatty foods. Instead of then eating a burger and fries and feeling guilty afterwards 🍔 🍟 I’d rather eat a teaspoon of peanut butter and have that craving satisfied Keep up the good work!

I don’t even give myself another option when a craving arrives.🙂 I had full control a few years ago...lost 15kg in that one year(Yeah, I know it doesn’t sound like a lot)but haven’t really gained it back because it was slow constant loss. Didn’t change my diet and didn’t even exercise, literally just ate when I was HUNGRY. Listening to oneself is the first key. Thanks for the comment.
