Kinda binged on the last remnants of the holidays. Sandy bought me some Eggnog before Christmas. I have always liked eggnog, but now that I am tracking, I see 160 KC/half cup on the label, I know that I need to minimize how much I drink. Anyway, I drank two full cups (ugh), but it was tasty of course. I also binged on some other things as well. With tracking, the weight gain over the last day is quite explainable. I will get back on track today. Am eating a nice bowl of oatmeal for breakfast this morning. We'll see what the weight looks like tomorrow.
