Today I am starting a Challenge with my sister. I have to do the following or confess what I didn't do to her in an email. I will also keep track of the number of days I can continue doing all of these by putting a star in my calendar. I must: 1. Always take water with me whenever I get in the car 2. No caffeine at all 3. I can only have puffins cereal from the end of school to dinner time unless it is a spike day 4. Stop eating when I'm not hungry 5. Only one spike day a week.
