So I've come to the conclusion that Sundays are my "sit on my ass" day. Sad but true. Usually up so late on Friday and Saturday fishing that I'm just beat on Sunday. I DO however usually work out on Sunday. Maybe it'll technically be Monday depending on what time, but I plan on doing at least a short workout today. SOOO nice to have tomorrow off too!
