Today, I made the decision to eat clean. So far, I think I'm doing ok. I have a headache. Fruits and veggies are good for you. I'm going to work on meal prep. I've used all sorts of excuses for my weight spiraling out of control. I am all in favor of clean eating. It's difficult when those around you do not support your decisions especially when you start making progress, and they openly oppose your choices.

What makes it even more difficult for me is that I have to cook for hubby and his food smells way too good. Also, that stupid chocolate craving that started during periomenopause and never went away. Too difficult to get carob in my town, so I'll have to explore my options.
