Today was my first day of recording everything strictly of course a friend called me up to go out to lunch that I had to talk to in a long time Went out to lunch with her we ended up going to the Chinese place which was not my choice at all I ordered kung paio chicken At least that’s not fried what did they do but send a fried thing not what I ordered so I sent it back!! I ate only half of what they brought took the rest home for my husband to eat got a small bowl of hot and sour soup that helps to fill you up still not a great day not as good as I had hoped I’m super sore from my hike yesterday I managed to get out for about 1.2 miles but it was tough and not very fast but I don’t want to risk it and overuse injury either
