Great Thanksgiving yesterday! Met all goals, ate well, never felt deprived and did not gain weight today. Completely stayed with the plan! I think I am beginning my 4th week on Keto and I am getting much better at putting meals together. Didn’t know what Keto flu was till after I had it! I actually feel great now. I feel so good that I am fearful of putting anything in me that would sabotage ketosis. Weight loss is slow, but going in right direction, down! My body is responding to what I’m doing. Today will be enjoying leftovers with no guilt because everything we made yesterday was Keto friendly. After close to 8 years of trying to eliminate grains, starches and sugar, I am finally at peace with these changes in my life and I am finding Keto very comfortable to follow.
