So I gained almost 2 lbs., but I'm not going to "beat myself up" for it. That could be anything like water retention or just plain not watching what I eat. Just glad i caught it before it becomes 5 lbs. back to "square 1." I discovered that I read the mini naan package wrong and ate bigger breakfasts, than I thought I was.
