I have reached a point where I feel I am very thin,yesterday morning I was getting ready to go to the store and I had to change my clothes twice because the first one I choosed was too loose, most of my S shirts are too loose (I want to feel good with clothes on and without it, Iwant to be sexy 😐). According to my stature my weight is fine, my BF 19% probably, I still want to lose body fat but I would like to keep this size, I do not want to wear teenager clothes, I am a woman of almost 30 years. It's hard to be a petite person. 🙁 But here is the problem: I do not know how to mentally prepare myself to keep my weight or gain muscles slowly 😞
