Fasting a.m. BS 130; weight = 171.5 A more leisurely morning, with that extra hour. I had two cups of turmeric mocha coffee. Hubby had sausage, two biscuits, eggs, black coffee. I baked a sinfully sweet peach cobbler last night for Family Day today. The 1/2 tsp taste I had last night will be my only one -- that's probably why I gained a pound!!! Imagine if every 1/2 tsp of forbidden food made us gain a pound! I think I'll dwell on that thought at dinner today!
