Old habits took over my body and this weekend ended with a head dive into homemade mac and cheese. This is the first time since January I didn't record everything I ate and to be quite honest it would be very hard to remember. I need to grab my neck and shake and get back on track tomorrow. Wow, I am truly amazed about my lack of discipline.
