So I haven't been on this site in a month.I an now slightly past my goal but I want to maintain my weight a bit It higher than what I originally planned-160.I was tending not to eat any higher than 50 grams of carbs a day and probably why I made it to my goal however I think I am now too thin.How do we figure out what is our ideal weigh, the weight to maintain where we look out best...I know some of you out there will think I'm crazy but I am 60 years old and don't want to emphasize my age by too many wrinkles
Which are collateral damage so to speak from weight loss.I have been at this for 10 mounths

I feel the same way. I lost about 54 pounds and found although I was 3 pounds short of my goal I looked so thin and noticed my wrinkles a lot on my face so I’m rethinking my goal weight to be 150 not 145. Sometimes I think we need to go by how we look and feel not what a BMI assigned result is to weight and height that is normal...

I found eating less than 100 grams of carbs a day is hard and I don’t know how you did it with only 50 as it’s hard for me anyway
