The tortillas wraps are really good, low calorie low carb. I make my own tortillas from maseca corn flour sometimes.

Ohh I thought you did high cals 2 days and low cals 5 days. That’s awesome you can maintan/ lose weight the other way around!

Haha nooo, the 5:2 diet is a form of intermittent fasting too ,500-700 calories two non consecutive days of the week , 3 three days I eat normal(1,500-1,700) and on the weekends I eat my 1700 calories daily plus the calories saved, I like to save 2,000 or more 😀. I suppose to close my week with 11,900 calories, although I have been eating more.

It's perfect if I do it right, I get stressed if I don't follow my plan. This way I feel like I am dieting only two days a week 😀

Well it looks like it’s working! I use to force myself to do “Atkins” 2 days a week and then low cal 3 days (800or less) and pigged out 2 days. I had self control 5 days a week and stuck to that for quite awhile. I went to the gym religiously and lost 35 pounds. Until now I haven’t had that kind of success. I was hoping I could return to something like that but just can’t seem to shut my mouth!!

Maybe logging the food from the whole week on sundays. You still can have sweets and a big meal with only 500 calories, knowing that I will eat more the other days helps me to hold my cravings that day.

I gain a lot of weight on the weekends because I overeat , I have been 3 days with a big belly( bloated) , today I am feeling lighter again haha. But it's not real fat, so I don't worry about it.
