For those doing keto, how often do you measure and/or weigh yourself?

First two weeks I weighed myself everyday. After that I switched to once or twice a week.

Not doing keto ..... doing low carb and try to only weigh myself every two days ! Good luck

I weigh daily because of the fasting/paleo research app I'm a subject on requires it. At this point I'm doing keto test daily because I'm just starting keto. Just trace ketones at the moment. Once I'm in small to medium I'll back off to once per week.
