Okay I know it's late but I wanted to pat myself on the back. I sat down to eat a few more calories today (I was pretty low at night, like 950) and I had two different packs of 100 calorie things. Well one was a granola bar, but the other was cookies. So instead of eating the cookies - I got up, cut myself some celery, some strawberries, a handfull of string beans, 1/2 a serving of hummus, and applesauce instead.

Awesome.

Actually D - yes, a little too much luck. My stomach is angry at me, and refuses to keep food in me for very long now. BUT sad part is, since I finally... "went", I weighed myself right after. STILL up 0.5lbs. I'll just chalk that up to bad eating at some point and work it off I hope! But yeah, my stomach is definitely mad at me... I can hear it grumbling right now, and not from hunger. LoL!

Oops...sorry about that. Maybe attacked that problem from too many angles :) But, don't let that .5 lbs drag you down. That's most likely extra fluids your body is hanging on to since you're ... uh...eliminating some issues right now. That's just your body trying to keep a fluid balance. Once your tummy has calmed down and all is "normal" again, then weigh yourself the following morning. Okay? My body absolutely rebels when I add fiber, but only for a week or so and then it's like...what the heck, woman? Why've you been holding back on me for so long? At least you're not stuck in an office cubicle somewhere, right? : ) Hope you feel better. You probably don't want any more of MY advice...but that Activia should do you good right now. That's more for the probiotic balance, and if you've gone from one state to the next, you could use some balancing. I love my Fage yogurt since I have so many stomach issues since the gallbladder thing.
