Carbed it up yesterday, and don’t regret it. I did feel puffy this morning though. Today it’s back to keto. Bought The Keto Diet book to get some more menu ideas. I really struggle with taste - if it’s dry or has an aftertaste, I won’t eat it.

Tomorrow will be full on Thanksgiving feast and I’m ok with that. Then back to keto for next week.

Will up my walks with the cat and more water.
