Wonder if they teach it at the Y. Ive been meaning to join... for years now!! 😂😂 i can do this stuff though. Love doing crunches this way. And leg kicks, etc

@kaylin it’s a coin toss whether or not the instructors at the Y are good. I have taken it before there when I was starting but found that I progressed the fastest at places where they teach only yoga.i haven’t tried corepower but my friends who have swears by it.
