Put my information in, 1600 calories a day seems alot, what allowance are you getting? 🤔🤔

I've been on 1300 since I started, but now I'm lighter I'm considering going lower :/

I was given 1600. It seemed high so I put it down to 1500. I didn't come close to that so I dropped it to 1400 and I'm barely even breaking 1000 on most days anyway. I'm keeping the extra though because that was I can eat more if my body needs it on the odd day or two without feeling like a failure for going over my allowance.

1000 or less seems to low to me, I believe that eating too little will stall weight loss. But yeah, I agree, a bit extra doesn't go amiss if you're working out.

I was given 1600 but most days I stick to under 1200. Have lost an average of 2.5lbs a week over the last month

1000 or less seems low to me too. I bought myself some lattes just to push my calories up a bit because I can't force myself to eat more and, with my tablets, I can't eat high fat foods to increase my intake that way either. It's all a question of balance. Try for a few weeks and decide then if you need to drop it maybe?

I'm around 1500 at the moment but doing LCHF too! it works if I stick to it 👍

It has always calculated my daily allowance about 300 or 15% above the target I set myself for example it says I should eat 2000 calories...I eat 1700 ❤️🐝x

I got 2200 I'm trying to lose weight and it seems to work

I was allocated 1500/day which seems ok for me but I am quite sedentary.
