This is what my graph looked like when I was focused on calories. ⬆️⬇️ Up down 300 cals one day and then 800 another day and so on. Can be tough got get that balance. Do you aim for a certain number for the week?

Daily average was of 1500 , 1700 now , I am doing a kind of IF 5:2 , 2 days of the week I eat 500-1000 calories , 3 days normal and I eat more on the weekends 😀
