It's bizarre. As much as I used to overeat, now it sometimes seem like I am under eating too often.For instance, I am allotted 1800 calories per day, but today, I have only eaten 1009. That is even less than the 1200 calories suggested for regular people. I am afraid under eating will be my new downfall. I don't want my body to go into "starvation mode." But I feel dumb eating when I am not hungry, or after I've had all my meals.. It's quite the conundrum.
