Oh boy. I started doing Shaun T, T25 workouts about a week ago and boy oh boy is my body ever in pain. But they say no pin no gain right, so I am in this for the 5 week challenge and I am hopeful if I give it all I got I can make a serious dent in the weight I want to shed off. Wish me luck everyone
