Stick to 5 meals like that per day and you will melt away the healthy way.

The broccali, carrots and cucumbers are very low the corn which looks to be a 1/4 cup is probably 50 calories ..I don't know what the meat is...But yes it can be 118 calories.

Instead of 1/2 serving, I keyed 1/2 oz., this is my summary on that meal according to FatSecret; cutlet steak 85g 🥩 RDI 4% - 89 kcal, corn 🌽 ¼ cup RDI 4% - 33 kcal, cucumber 🥒 ¼ cup RDI % - 0 4 kcal, cooked broccoli ½ cup RDI 4% 26 kcal, carrot 🥕 1 med RDI 1% 25 kcal ! I am sorry 😐 but my calculations were wrong! Total kcals for this meal is 177 instead of 118
