I doubt that has a ton of calories. Mushrooms and kale have next to no calories and the potatoes aren't swimming in cheese and butter. I would totally eat this!

It's in my diary for this day but yeah it only had about 500 calories. That's with one serving of quinoa, half cup yogurt, and I think it was about 7 oz of potato. Also anyone can lose weight eating carbs contrary to current popular belief, lol thermodynamics is literally a law of physics.
