So I’m feeling a bit down. Seems like I always manage to turn my graph box to red almost daily now! Ugh! My daughters baby shower is a month away.....I certainly don’t want to be bigger than my 8 month pregnant daughter! Share some of your secrets........please.....need help! I’ve lost 15 pounds but I’m at a stand still. And when your heavy, 15 pounds.... nobody notices. I do appreciate this app.

Make it another 15 lbs and they will surely notice 30! Sounds like you’re doing great. Sometimes standstill’s happen, don’t let it bring you down. Remember that your daughter will be the main attraction at her shower so no need to worry about people looking at you. If you workout maybe kick it up a notch do 5-10 extra minutes of cardio a few times and see if that helps
