Had to recalculate calories due to muscle loss. Gotta up the protein and work out more consistency. Good indication is that the injury from 8/1 doesn’t appear to be a hernia and is no longer symptomatic. Bad news is that I effectively took 15 days of the last 18 days off from exercising. Kayaking early morning, a 2.5 mile uphill run, and mild weights has kicked my butt today!!!
