Had to recalculate calories due to muscle loss. Gotta up the protein and work out more consistency. Good indication is that the injury from 8/1 doesn’t appear to be a hernia and is no longer symptomatic. Bad news is that I effectively took 15 days of the last 18 days off from exercising. Kayaking early morning, a 2.5 mile uphill run, and mild weights has kicked my butt today!!!

I’m so jealous of your kayaking. Maybe I’ll abandon my kids next week end and head to the keys for the day 😆😆😆

It’s great cardio and core I guess because I haven’t caught any fish with it yet.... one day I’ll get one and won’t know what to do lol. The weight loss has really spurred me into trying new things like this.

Lol! Yes very far. I love Colorado. I’ve been flying up 2 times a year for the past few. Not this year though 😭😭😭 so broke and more responsiblities
