I will never go back up 550 pounds but I also never want to be 220 ever again. I looked sickly and felt very depressed so thin. I just want to be more comfortable. So I can climb stairs. I just wish people would just understand bigger doesn't always mean bad.

Just make sure that whatever weight you decide on that you are healthy and not at risk of developing any diseases - that is what counts! All the best whatever you decide.
