Breaking my 20 hours IF SDF its my last day

In case you are wondering why I did the intermittent soft dry fasting, well I was curious, I was a little scared to try it, but I did it, 3 day and it's amazing, you are not hungry if you are thirsty

I think it is easier than water fasting, but with IF water fasting I do exercise, so I am going to continue with my old routine , I want to get stronger 💪💪

Yes. For now, I am getting hungry at night lol and thinking about what will be the meal next day😂 Getting a hang of OMAD🙆‍♂️

Haha last night I was dreaming with food, I was like, well, I had to break my fast early because I was hungry ,it was crazy

I am going to start doing 16/8 again, it's hard to eat enough with OMAD, and too little calories for too long does not work with me , but I think that when someone has a lot weight to lose OMAD or dry fasting is pretty good.

Congratulations! I can't even do a 20 hour 'water fast' never less a 'dry fast'. You are so 'hard core'!

Adefwebserver, dry fasting is easier than water fasting, you are not hungry if you are thirsty and you are not thirsty all the time. My mouth was not dry, It was a great experience. 😀

I like to do crazy things at least once in my life, and so I did it , I also went to bed with an empty stomach for the first time, because I had to break my fast in the morning to drink my coffee.

I can't drink coffee or tea without sugar. I need at least 1 teaspoon sugar every time 😊

tea I can do just fine but coffee needs sweetener and cream!

Reader1 I used to say that, I have over a year drinking black coffee 0 sugar, I know I can detox from caffeine if I want to, but caffeine is fine 😉☕
