I'm staying pretty steady at 145 lbs ... took my calorie consumption down from 1300 to 1200 two weeks ago? We will see how this works. I've noticed since I've knocked my meat consumption down to once a week I ache less. The shoulder neck pain isn't as excruciating which is interesting to me. Oh, the vegetable patties I make now are delicious.
