Fasting a.m. BS = 132; weight is 177.7 One ounce down is better than one ounce up!!!I plan on Keto coffee for breakfast. I'm filling in for someone at the library today, so will take my protein drink for lunch. I must, must, must, keep those carbs down today. I struggled, but cals did come out as 1207, macros 78/8/14. Net carbs 1.28. Yay for me! I rode my exercise bike slowly for 45 minutes and my knee doesn't bother me today. My Fitbit says 7476 steps today. Hopefully I will see another ounce or two drop by morning.
